Hey everyone!

So I've been a member for a while and had never posted a journal entry. I guess I never had anything special to say...but now I do. I was just given the best anniversary gift I could have possibly asked for: my very own Wacom Intuos3!

This new addition to my tools will allow me to explore more into digital painting and illustration. In the past I restrained myself to photo manipulations since they are easier to create using a mouse or my laptop's touch pad.

Right now I am working on a special something for my girlfriend. That's my way of saying thanks for getting the tablet for me. Once I am done with that I will start working on one of the oh-so-many things I have in my mind right now. I am especially hipped about an idea I have for an Egyptian themed painting. I hope it comes out the way I am picturing it in my mind. I hope you guys like the things to come and as always I am dying to know what you think of them.
